New Patients
We always welcome new patients! If you’re visiting our office for the first time, we’d be happy to complete a new patient exam to determine an appropriate treatment plan for you. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to complete a new patient medical history form prior to your appointment. If you have dental insurance, we may ask you some questions over the phone to verify your benefits and expedite your first visit.
Appointments
We work by appointments to make sure you get the appropriate and comprehensive dental care you deserve. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call our office at least 24 hours in advance so that we may schedule a new time for you. If there is less than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a $50 fee may be charged to your account. We also accept walk-ins and emergencies and will do our best to see you in a timely manner.
Insurance
We accept most insurance plans. Please provide us with your information and inform us of any changes to your policy or personal contact information. As a convenience to you, our office will submit the charges to your dental insurance carrier. We submit charges electronically whenever possible.
Payment
We expect any portion not covered by your insurance to be paid in full on the day of treatment. We accept cash, check, most major credit cards, and Flex Spending Account cards.
You can also start treatment today with a no-interest flexible payment plan. Our office offers CareCredit financing.
